Key Responsibilities Lead, train, and support warehouse staff to maintain a safe and productive work environment. Oversee fulfillment, material handling, inventory accuracy, and shipping/receiving activities. Plan labor and resources to meet production schedules and volume demands. Verify availability and documentation of raw materials and finished goods. Support continuous improvement in efficiency, space utilization, and inventory accuracy. QualificationsRequired: High school diploma or GED (additional education a plus). 5 years of warehouse/logistics/manufacturing leadership experience. Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team. Preferred: Forklift certification. Lean/Six Sigma or continuous improvement exposure. Experience with WMS implementation or optimization.
