Position Overview In this role, you will be responsible for managing resident medical records while also overseeing the ordering, organization, and distribution of medical supplies throughout the facility. Key Responsibilities Medical Records: Maintain accurate and organized resident medical records File physician orders, lab results, and clinical documentation Assist with chart audits and compliance reviews Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA and confidentiality standards Track admissions, discharges, and transfers Central Supply: Receive, label, and stock incoming medical supplies Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed Distribute supplies efficiently to nursing units Track supply usage and assist with vendor coordination Follow infection control and safety protocols Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Prior experience in healthcare, medical records, or central supply preferred Basic understanding of medical terminology and HIPAA guidelines Strong organizational and time management skills Effective communication and teamwork abilities Basic computer proficiency Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Benefits Competitive pay Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Opportunities for growth and advancement Join a team that values organization, teamwork, and quality care.
