This key leadership role focuses on strengthening referral relationships, driving occupancy, and ensuring a seamless admissions experience for residents and families.This is an exciting opportunity to join a revitalized team under new ownership and play a critical role in the continued growth and success of our center. Position OverviewThe Marketing & Admissions Director is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing referral relationships, and overseeing the admissions process from inquiry through admission. This role works closely with clinical leadership, the business office, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure appropriate admissions, accurate payer setup, and regulatory compliance.
