Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. This 26-week contract position offers the chance to work in a dynamic healthcare environment serving the Four Corners region, including New Mexico, Arizona, Colorado, and Utah. Responsibilities: Assess, plan, and implement occupational therapy treatments for patients recovering from medical, surgical, or trauma-related conditions. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans that promote patient independence and functional improvement. Document patient progress accurately and maintain compliance with hospital policies. Educate patients and families about therapy goals and home exercise programs. Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care. Qualifications: Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state of New Mexico. Experience delivering therapy services in a hospital or acute care setting. Strong clinical skills and ability to manage a diverse patient population. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
