Description Role Overview:TheGlobal Field Readiness & Productivity Lead is the owner of GTM field readiness and productivity outcomes for Sprinklr’s global organization. This roleis responsible fortheend-to-enddesign, development, delivery, and continuous optimization of GTM enablement programs that accelerate ramp, improve execution quality, and drive sustained productivity across customerfacing teams and their leaders.This role spans newhire onboarding, ongoingrolebaseddevelopment, mastery programs, and leader enablement, with a strong emphasis on managerled reinforcement and behavior change. Success is defined not by activity or attendance, but by measurable field impact.Reporting to theSr Director, GTM Enablement, the Field Readiness & Productivity Leadoperatesas an owner translating GTM strategy into executable programs,leveragingAI and field signals (including Gong) toidentifygaps, and continuously improve readiness and productivity outcomes. This role also serves as acodesignerand standard bearer for global readiness programs.Key Responsibilities1. Field Readiness & Productivity Ownership Own global field readiness and productivity outcomes across Sales, Solutions Consulting, Customer Success, and frontline GTM leaders.Translate the VP of GTM Enablement’s strategy into clear priorities, roadmaps, and execution plans.Serve as a regional owner with global influence, partnering withglobal GTMleadership to codesign scalable, reusable readiness programs.​2. Onboarding & TimetoProductivityOwn the global onboarding experience for GTM roles, including program design, governance, and evolution.Definerole basedonboarding journeys that balance self-serve learning, live enablement, practice, certification, andmanagerledcoaching.Measure andoptimizeonboarding effectiveness through timetoproductivity and early performance indicators.​3. Ongoing Development & Mastery ProgramsDesign and deliver Level 200-400 enablement programs aligned to Sprinklr’s core GTM motions.Ensure programs are outcomeled, skillbased, and designed forreal-worldexecution, not passive consumption.Drive sustained behavior change through practice, reinforcement, and manager accountability.​4. Leader Enablement & Coaching ExcellenceDesign and directly deliver enablement programs for frontline GTM leaders, in partnership with L&D leadership.Equip managers with coaching frameworks, operating cadences, and practical tools to reinforce readiness in the flow of work.Drive consistent manager adoption and accountability for onboarding, skill development, and execution excellence.​5.AI PoweredEnablement & Gong ProficiencyActively use AI to design, scale, monitor, andoptimizereadiness and productivity programs (e.g., content generation, signal analysis, program iteration).Operate as ahands-onGong practitioner:Configure and analyze dashboards and insightsTranslate call and deal signals into enablement prioritiesEnable managers to use Gong for coaching and execution improvementLeverage AI and Gong insights to connect readiness programs to field behavior and business outcomes.​6. Standards, Governance & Executive InsightsDefine and uphold readiness standards, certification criteria, andenablementdesign principles.Reducead hocenablement by building scalable, repeatable program models.Deliverexecutive readyinsights on readiness impact, risks, and optimization opportunities across the globe.​Qualifications & ExperienceRequired8-10+ years of experience in GTM / Sales / Field Enablement within B2B SaaS companiesProven experience owning onboarding, ongoing development, and leader enablement programsHandson experience using AI tools to design, execute, and monitor enablement programsGongproficiency, including dashboard configuration, insight analysis, and coaching enablementDeep understanding of B2B GTM motions and how leaders influence field behaviorExperienceoperatingsuccessfully as a senior IC with high autonomy and executive exposure​PreferredPrior experience in Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, or Customer Experience (CX) rolesExperience at CXfocused or enterprise SaaS companiesFamiliarity with enablement impact measurement and productivity metricsWe focus on our mission: Sprinklr was founded in 2009 to solve a big problem: growing enterprise complexity that separated brands from their customers. At Sprinklr, base pay depends on multiple individualized factors, including experience, qualifications, job-related knowledge and skills, and geographic location.
