Job Title

A large private family is seeking a top-notch houseman/grounds-person for their large estate in Greenwich, CT. The schedule will generally be Monday through Friday, but when the principals are present the position will require flexibility for weekends and longer hours as needed. The family also spends time during the summer in Saratoga Springs, NY and you will need to be present at that residence during the season (July and August).Job duties will include all aspects of care for the estate, including keeping of the grounds, maintenance, upkeep of outdoor areas, and more.Monitoring the home for necessary repairs and upkeep- performing light maintenanceHiring and supervising vendorsDriving the family as neededProviding service during events and family gatherings- this is a large nuclear family and they visit often.
