Great opportunity for a highly motivated designer who wants to show their creative side with challenging projects in an innovative work environment. This designer will work under the direction of the Design Director to lead and develop exceptional design solutions for our Workplace Studio. This role will lead the development of effective and innovative designs utilizing the firms design approach and innovation tools.Here, you’ll find collaboration, curiosity, and freedom to explore bold ideas. Corgan is a welcoming and supportive environment where design talent thrives, leadership is nurtured, and careers flourish.Lead concept development and guide the design narrative for a wide range of projectsPartner with clients to understand their vision and bring it to life through inspired, buildable designCurate materials, finishes, furnishings, and details that reflect both design integrity and operational excellenceMentor and motivate a talented team of designers, fostering a collaborative, creative cultureLead design presentations that communicate a strong point of view with clarity and confidenceManage project delivery, ensuring design intent carries through documentation, construction, and completionCollaborate with architects, consultants, and brand strategists to deliver seamless, cohesive experiencesEngage with the broader design and aviation community to build relationships and identify new opportunitiesIs an industry expert in major building systems and conveys this knowledge to the teamOversees the work of the Project DesignersDemonstrates knowledge of resources and materials and their applicationDirects the production of design materials that meet project objectives, including functional concepts, images, schedules and budgetsCultivates success through high level design and planning, facility requirements analysis, conceptual design and systems integration and teamworkPossesses excellent programming and strategic planning skillsMaintains knowledge regarding industry trends, professional practice, regulatory and construction practice and issuesBuilds the firm’s practice by inspiring and motivating Project DesignersThis role is an in-office positionDegree in Interior Design or Architecture10+ years of interior design experience, ideally in workplaceA portfolio that demonstrates design excellence - from concept to realizationDeep understanding of how design enhances the guest experience and brand identityFluency in Revit, and familiarity with FF&E selection, detailing and documentationStrong leadership, organizational and communication skillsProven ability to manage complex projects, teams, and client relationshipsInterest in sustainable design and innovationProfessional registration preferredOngoing participation in outside design activities, groups, etc.Confident presentation abilityThis position is designated as full-time on-site and requires the employee to be physically present at the assigned office location Monday through Friday during standard business hours.
