Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Leasing Experience Assistant to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Pasadena, California. In this hybrid role, you will support leasing operations with precision and professionalism, working closely with real estate systems and administrative processes. This position offers a flexible schedule, requiring two days in the office each week. Responsibilities: u2022 Perform accurate data entry to maintain and update leasing records and related documentation. u2022 Utilize Yardi software to manage property information and ensure all leasing data is up-to-date. u2022 Support the leasing team with administrative tasks, including scheduling and correspondence. u2022 Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and coordination of leasing activities. u2022 Assist in preparing reports and summaries related to leasing operations and tenant management. u2022 Maintain organized records and files to ensure compliance with company standards. u2022 Address inquiries from tenants and prospective clients, providing exceptional customer service. u2022 Contribute to process improvements and streamline administrative workflows. u2022 Ensure consistent adherence to policies and procedures within the leasing department.
