What Youu2019ll Be Doing + Own and manage a portfolio of past-due accounts, driving collections and reducing aging + Conduct high-volume collection outreach (calls + email) to resolve outstanding balances + Investigate and resolve chargebacks, deductions, and discrepancies + Perform cash application and account reconciliations + Partner with Sales, Customer Service, and internal teams to resolve disputes + Monitor account activity and provide updates on delinquent accounts + Utilize SAP daily for billing, tracking, and account management What You Bring + 3+ years of strong Credit & Collections experience (B2B preferred) + SAP experience is REQUIRED u2013 must be comfortable using it daily + Proven ability to handle high-volume collections and difficult accounts + Experience with reconciliations, chargebacks, and deductions + Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone + Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities Apply Now If youu2019re a results-driven collections professional with SAP experience, we want to hear from you.
