Job Description Day-to-Day: Troubleshoot and repair aircraft discrepancies independently Perform scheduled and unscheduled aircraft inspections Conduct advanced diagnostics on wiring, electrical, hydraulic, and engine systems Utilize electronic test equipment and digital manuals Communicate findings and corrective actions with Maintenance Control Complete all documentation per FAA and company standards Coordinate parts, tooling, and work plans for the shift Travel to AOG recovery sites for rapid issue resolution Work alongside contract maintenance personnel Support operational teams to ensure on-time aircraft departures We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
