Our client, a dedicated organization supporting community welfare, is seeking a Warehouse Manager to join their team. As a Warehouse Manager, you will be part of the logistics and operations department supporting food distribution efforts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, attention to detail, and a commitment to service, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Warehouse Manager Location: Johnstown, PA Pay Range: $40000 - $50000 Shift: Mon-Fri day shift What's the Job? + Lead physical counts and reconcile data within the inventory system to ensure accuracy. + Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of product receipt, storage, and outbound logistics for pantry orders. + Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain operational excellence. + Supervise, schedule, and train warehouse staff to ensure peak performance and safety compliance. + Serve as the primary logistics lead for the community pantry network, providing timely support and resource allocation. What's Needed? + Minimum of an Associateu2019s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent professional experience of three years in warehouse management. + Proven experience managing teams and delegating tasks in a fast-paced environment. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel is a must) and familiarity with inventory management software (WMS). + Valid state driveru2019s license with a clean DMV record and forklift certification or the ability to obtain one quickly. + High attention to detail, strong math skills, and the ability to remain professional under pressure and frequent interruptions.
