What Youu2019ll Do As a key player on our production floor, youu2019ll rotate through various high-impact roles: + The Prep: Read batch tickets and weigh raw materials (starches, flours, and ingredients) to ensure the perfect blend. + The Tech: Set up, operate, and troubleshoot mixers, fillers, grinders, and baggers. + The Quality: Perform visual inspections and fine-tune equipment (adjusting speeds, temperatures, and scales) to ensure every product is perfect. + The Maintenance: Keep things running smoothly by clearing jams and performing basic repairs with hand and power tools.
