Our client, manufacturing and industrial services provider, is seeking a Welder to join their team. As a Welder, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Welder Location: Holliston, MA Pay Range: $21 Shift: Monday to Friday 7:00am - 3:00pm What's the Job? + Participate in and actively support corporate programs and initiatives; understand, support and uphold company policies and procedures. + Use judgment to plan, perform, make decisions, and improve the sequence of operations and processes in coordination with other departments. + Collaborate with other Department Leads and Supervisors to coordinate daily production needs. + Inspect first piece of raw material, work in process (WIP), and all fabricated parts to ensure quality standards. + Read and interpret blueprints, checking parts to prints to ensure manufacturing accuracy. What's Needed? + Minimum of 0 years of experience in welding or manufacturing environment. + Credential requirements include certifications such as 100004, 100046, 100039, 100003, 100065, 100100. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. + Proficiency with measuring instruments like verniers and gauges. + Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently when needed.
