Job Summary: The Coordinator & Leadership Support will serve as a project manager and will provide analytical support for the varied work within the Tolling Management Department. The incumbent will lead the coordination of the departmental initiatives, special projects, department policies, and procedures, and assist with the coordination efforts of internal staff, as well as external stakeholders to effectuate and achieve the senior leadership's mission, goals, and objectives. The Coordinator & Leadership Support may be required to serve in a confidential setting and communicate with various stakeholders throughout the organization and with external agencies on behalf of the Sr. Vice President of Tolling Management, the Vice President of Tolling Strategy and the Vice President of Tolling Operations. The incumbent will utilize their technical knowledge to efficiently manage and assist with scheduling and calendar management; processing travel and training requests (including reimbursements); managing staff onboarding; facilitating technology resource needs; maintaining organizational charts; leading the coordination of the telework program and more. The Coordinator & Leadership Support will also be responsible for preparing reports for executives, conducting research, and assisting with the coordination of correspondence . The Coordinator & Leadership Support will also assist the SVP of Tolling Management with key project management initiatives including creating databases to help manage and track employee compliance with various policies and procedures, attendance reporting, agenda setting, vacation and time-off requests tracking active and vacant staff lists , and more. The Coordinator & Leadership Support will report to the Sr Vice President of Tolling Management.
