Required Education/Experience + Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 3 years relevent work experience. + Master's Degree and a minimum of 2 years relevant work experience. Preferred Education/Experience + Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Math, Business, or applicable degree and 5 years related work experience in a system engineering/analysis area. Relevant Work Experience + Proven leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to drive results by collaborating with stakeholders to build consensus, required. + Strong communication, presentation, writing, and analytical skills, required. + Experience creating requirements and tracking projects using Azure Dev Ops or a similar work management platform, required. + Ability to facilitate meetings to decompose business processes and identify changes needed to leverage analytics benefits, required. + Experience managing multiple products or projects simultaneously, required. + Experience with progress and status reporting across stakeholder groups, required. + Experience managing budgets and forecasts, preferred. + Experience developing resource plans for large projects and defining roles required for delivery, preferred. + Experience producing formal presentations and documentation for executive and regulatory audiences, preferred. + Experience with SAFe Agile program management and or transformation initiatives, preferred. + Experience with energy efficiency, demand-side management, electric vehicles, and or other clean energy programs from a utility or participating vendor perspective, preferred. + Familiarity with New York State climate and energy regulations including the Climate Leadership and Community Protection Act, Con Edison rate cases, New Efficiency New York, and related proceedings, preferred. + Strong skills and experience using Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project, preferred.
