Job Description Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure Salesforce environment supports internal needs relating to functionality and performance. Develop, either through configuration or code, in a sandbox, solutions within the platform and its connected ecosystem Design and execute configuration changes, leveraging the Salesforce interface to sync with internal tracking systems Apply knowledge of Salesforce development and customizations, with APEX, Visual Force, API, and Workflows, taking into account com best practices, support mechanisms, procedures, and limitations, as well as NDRu2019s unique needs Understand requirements for business users and translate into design specifications, utilizing thorough understanding of the Salesforce platform, Salesforce products and licensing models Outline options for the technical solutions, including effort estimates, based on functionality requirements from the product team Design, develop, and maintain integration and synchronization programs Design the data model, user interface, business logic, and security for custom applications and Identify bugs and align with requirements during debugging. Follow established best practices and data governance procedures in development and integration of applications. Design and build high-performance, reusable, and reliable Apex code aligned with industry best-practices. Strong programming skills in APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations and other Salesforce development tools. Experience to design scalable, performance-driven solutions in Salesforce that meet business requirements. Familiarity with key design patterns and best practices for Salesforce implementations.
