Job Title Relationship Manager What does a successful Relationship Manager at Fiserv do? As a key member of our Healthcare & Insurance vertical, you will drive growth by delivering tailored merchant products and sophisticated payment solutions to a diverse portfolio of industry providers. You will take ownership of a comprehensive suite of offeringsu2014including Acquiring, Surcharging, Biller Products, and OmniChannel solutionsu2014while ensuring security and efficiency through Encryption/Tokenization and Fraud Mitigation strategies. This highly collaborative role requires a candidate with sharp business acumen to align with stakeholders across Sales, Product, and Finance. We are seeking a strategic negotiator with a proven track record in business development and deep experience navigating the unique complexities of the healthcare and insurance service sectors. What you will do: + Primary Relationship Lead: Serve as the central point of contact for clients and internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Management) to streamline communication and operational resources. + Strategic Account Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive account plans focused on profitable deal constructs and innovative partnerships to drive incremental revenue. + Pipeline & Revenue Growth: Identify and build a robust pipeline of opportunities aimed at increasing partnership profitability and overall contribution margins. + Retention & Contract Mastery: Lead high-stakes contract renegotiations and renewals to secure long-term partnerships and deliver profitable outcomes. + Strategic Relationship Building: Cultivate multi-level client relationships and leverage internal Fiserv networks to influence and implement growth initiatives. + Sales Execution: Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas through proactive renewals and the cross-selling of products in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). + Client Satisfaction & Advocacy: Drive
