Advise senior leadership and influence company direction. + Build and lead a world-class team: Recruit, mentor, and empower a high-performing, disciplined, and collaborative MarCom team. Who You Are: + Bacheloru2019s degree (Marketing, Communications, Business, Engineering, or related field); advanced degree is a plus. + 10+ years of progressive marketing communications experienceu2014preferably B2B, industrial, or technology-driven sectors. + Proven success in global markets (NA, EMEA, APAC) and collaborating with cross-functional teams. + Exceptional written and spoken English. + Strong leadership, influence, and storytelling skills. + (Bonus) Chinese language skills, and/or experience with agencies, power conversion, energy, industrial automation, or semiconductors.
