The Territory Manager willbe requiredtodemonstrateexcellence in developing and applying territory business plans that lead to achievement of sales goals andobjectives. Coordination and integration with allfield basedemployees (Customer engagement, Reimbursement, managed markets, etc.) to effectively drive acceptance of promoted product(s) within a designated business area and geography. Required: + Bachelor Degreerequired + Minimum5 years ofPharmaceutical/Biotech/Medical Device experience + Very strongcommunication skills anddemonstratedclinical acumen. + Strong ability to collaborate,innovateand deliver results. + Valid drivers license Preferred + Experience in Psoriasis or other Immunologic Disease States including but not limited to Rheumatoid Arthritis, Inflammatory Bowel Disease and Multiple Sclerosis. + IV or Sub Q Biologic sellingexperience (includes Oncology) + Experience selling in a complex reimbursement and access environment + Dermatology selling experience + Biologic launch experience + Experience selling in a highly competitive environment PERSONAL SKILLS/ATTRIBUTES: This individual must have a positive attitude and be adaptable to a dynamic startup type of environment without losing focus on business goals. Actual base compensation may vary based on a number of factors, including but not limited to geographical location and experience. In addition, this position is part of IC Commission Plan.
