We’re known for our friendly customer service and the exceptional care we provide our residents. We offer 24/7 skilled nursing care, rehabilitation, subacute care and other senior care services. In keeping with our organization’s goal of improving the lives of the Resident’s we serve, the LPN provides supervision of staff and safeguards the health, safety, and welfare of all Residents under their care by following applicable laws, regulations, and established nursing policies and procedures.What You'll Do:As a vital part of our Skilled Nursing team, you will:Deliver safe, timely, and effective nursing care to residents under the direction of an RN or physicianMonitor patients' health, administer medications, and provide wound care and other treatmentsCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and update individualized care plansSupport residents and their families with education, comfort, and reassuranceMaintain accurate documentation and comply with regulatory standardsFollows the plan of care as developed by the RN staff nurse, MDS Coordinator(s), or RN members of the Nursing leadership team.Observes safety policies and reports any safety concerns.Demonstrates respect of resident rights and dignity.Fulfills the role of charge nurse when assignedSupervise and support Geriatric Nursing Assistants (GNAs) in the delivery of care.Maintain a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment for residents.Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and HIPAA policies.Participate in quality assurance activities and staff meetings.What We're Looking For:Active LPN license in MarylandExperience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred — new grads welcome!Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and a heart for serviceAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentStrong clinical skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Why Join Us?At Lions Rehab Center, we believe our people are our greatest asset.
