Job TitleMulticraft Maintenance Mechanic (2nd Shift)LocationMountville, PAJob DescriptionOverview/Purpose: The Multicraft Maintenance Mechanic troubleshoots and repairs all plant structures and equipment associated in the production and packaging areas. This is to be done with minimal supervision and in a timely manner. Primary Duties: General industrial maintenance troubleshooting & repairs (conveyors, statistical weighers, vertical baggers, etc.)Electrical troubleshooting of Industrial Equipment (PLCs, Drives, Servos, 480V Motors, 24VDC Control Circuit, Labelers, Robotic Palletizers, Closed Loop Controls, etc.)Basic HVAC experienceBasic Fabrication (welding, milling, etc.)Completion of PMs (Preventive Maintenance) Tasks are to be completed while maintaining the highest safety, food safety and quality, cost and GMP standards in a high-speed manufacturing environment. QualificationsRequirements: Minimum two years’ experience in a Maintenance Technician role in a manufacturing environment or related capacityHigh School Diploma/GED with substantial experience in manufacturing maintenance and reliability required.Associates’ Degree in an engineering, technology or scientific related discipline is preferred.
