Flexibility: Hybrid Work Model and Business Casual Dress Code, including jeansYour Future: 401k Matching Program, Professional Development ReimbursementWork/Life Balance: Flexible Personal/Vacation Time Off, Sick Leave, Paid HolidaysYour Wellbeing: Medical, Dental, Vision, Employee Assistance Program, Parental LeaveWide Ranging Perspectives: Committed to Celebrating the Variety of Backgrounds, Talents and Experiences of Our EmployeesTraining: Hands-On, Team-Customized, including SS&C UniversityExtra Perks: Discounts on fitness clubs, travel and more!What You Will Get To Do: Lead initiatives to improve adoption and effective usage of GTM platforms across global commercial teams Collaborate with the Revenue Enablement team to deliver tool enablement as part of new hire onboarding and training programs Ensure all new Sales Associates and Sellers are effectively trained on the Intralinks tech stack from day one Conduct tool training sessions, both in group and 1:1 formats, with a focus on driving behavioral change and impact Partner with Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, and Marketing to embed platform best practices into workflows Monitor adoption metrics and user engagement data; identify areas for improvement and develop targeted interventions Develop resources, playbooks, and self-serve training assets to scale enablement efforts Support rollout of new tools and major feature enhancements, including change management and onboarding plans Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure platform use is aligned with revenue-driving initiatives and KPIs What You Will Bring:3-5 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations, Sales Training, or Digital Adoption in a SaaS or FinTech environment Proven track record of improving tool adoption and driving measurable business impact Strong working knowledge of platforms such as Salesforce, HighSpot, Salesloft, and data tools like Pitchbook or Mergermarket Ability to analyze usage data and translate insights into actionExcellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills across multiple levels Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, hybrid environment Key Performance Indicators Increase in adoption and consistent usage of core GTM tools User engagement metrics and feedback Tool readiness and usage metrics for new hires Correlation between tool usage and pipeline/revenue outcomes Reduction in support requests or incorrect tool usage over time
