Typically requires 9+ years of professional experience and 1+ years of supervisory and/or management experience.EducationBA/BS or equivalent experience.Critical Skills10+ years in marketing analytics, including B2B experience.1+ years in a leadership or mentorship role.Expert (5+ years') proficiency in:Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics,Paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager)Data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)Other: Marketo,SalesForce, SQLStrong experience in data mining, analysis, and insight generation.Skilled in presenting complex findings to non-technical fortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Marketo, Salesforce, ABM platforms, SEO tools.B2C and healthcare industry experience.Familiarity with statistical modeling and attribution techniques.Passion for teaching and sharing knowledge.We are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson as part of our Total Rewards.
