Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Key Qualifications: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility Previous experience in school settings or pediatric populations Familiarity with developing and implementing IEPs Strong interpersonal skills working with students, teachers, and families Must be able to provide fully in-person services (no teletherapy or hybrid options) Commitment to supporting students with high needs Primary Responsibilities: Evaluate, diagnose, and create plans of care for students with speech, language, and communication disorders Maintain manageable caseloads (targeted between 50-60 students) Deliver therapy services individually and in group settings based on student needs Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in IEP meetings Document student progress and communicate outcomes effectively Depending on placement, work schedules follow: Elementary: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM Middle: 7:45 AM - 4:00 PM High: 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM This is an ideal opportunity for SLPs who thrive in an in-person, student-focused environment, and are eager to be part of a supportive community during a pivotal transition.
