Bellows Heating Plumbing Cooling & Electrical is currently seeking a highly motivated individual to generate leads for HVAC, generators, and water treatment services within one of our designated locations. This role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to earn a competitive income in a friendly retail pensation: $20 - $22 (DOE) Hourly Part-Time or Full-Time Spiff: $50 per sold lead (see policy for details) Benefits: Full time persons can enroll in medical, dental, vision, vacation, holiday, and 401k w/ match per company requirements and contributions.This is NOT a selling, cold calling or door to door positionJob duties will include: Engage with potential customers to help them create comfortable, efficient homes. Maintain a high level of professionalism and provide excellent customer support. Work independently while remaining in full compliance with Costco's rules and regulations. Availability for select weekends and staffing in-warehouse events is mandatory. Training will be providedJob Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in lead generation or product demonstrations is highly preferred. Reliable transportation. Ability to stand for the duration of a shift.
