Wingstop - Vibe Restaurants is seeking a Team Member to help deliver an exceptional dining experience. You will be the face of our brand, engaging with customers and ensuring all restaurant areas run smoothly. We're looking for someone who is a team player with a customer-service mindset and a commitment to quality.What you'll do:Greet and interact with guests in a positive, polite, and proactive mannerProvide accurate orders 100% of the timeHelp prepare food and follow all standard operating procedures and recipesMaintain a clean and sanitary work environment throughout your shift, including performing daily fryer maintenance on the night shiftUse suggestive selling to enhance the guest's mealWhat you'll need:You must be 16 years of age or olderNo prior experience is necessaryStrong communication skills and the ability to work well with a teamBasic math skills for handling cash and paymentsThe ability to work effectively with limited supervisionPhysical Requirements & Work EnvironmentThis is a fast-paced role that requires you to be on your feet constantly, with frequent stooping, kneeling, crouching, and lifting up to 50 pounds. You must also be able to withstand changes in temperature, steam, and heat in a confined area.
