Description We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives in Pomona, California. This role involves overseeing brand development, advertising, market research, and community-based programs to drive growth and engagement. Requirements u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in marketing, sales, advertising, communications, or a related field from an accredited institution. u2022 At least five years of leadership experience in marketing, advertising, or promotions. u2022 Proven ability to manage multiple projects and activities simultaneously under tight deadlines. u2022 Strong decision-making skills with a track record of developing strategic business and operational plans. u2022 Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. u2022 Experience in planning and executing email campaigns, B2B marketing, and digital marketing strategies. u2022 Proficiency in campaign planning and building brand awareness. u2022 Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and collaborate effectively with partners and stakeholders.
