District Manager Weu2019re seeking a District Manager to join our team to lead at least 15 store teams across the assigned area. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: u00b7 Drive the success and profitability of stores while ensuring outstanding customer service and a safe, compliant work environment u00b7 Oversee the execution of merchandising, operations, and expense control programs u00b7 Lead, coach, and mentor store managers to meet and exceed business objectives u00b7 Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment, promoting teamwork and open communication u00b7 Source, recruit, hire, and develop store managers within the district to build a high-performing team u00b7 Drive sales, profitability, and expense management to meet company goals, as well as develop and fulfill short- and long-term objectives u00b7 Implement established processes and programs, ensuring operational consistency across the district u00b7 Promote a culture of safety and compliance, conducting regular audits as needed u00b7 Manage operational budgets and optimize store performance u00b7 Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders u00b7 Champion a customer-first mindset across the district, setting high and consistent standards u00b7 Travel up to 50% of the time with occasional overnight stays to support and oversee store operations across the district Skills and Experience: u00b7 High School diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred u00b7 Valid Driveru2019s License is required u00b7 At least 5 years retail experience with at least 2 years of multi-store experience is required u00b7 Strong leadership and motivational skills along with the ability to build an effective team is required u00b7 Ability to analyze, organize and present information and focus on results is required u00b7 Strong business acumen and communication skill are required u00b7 Human resources and asset protection skills u00b7 Excellent customer service skills u00b7 Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills u00b7 Process management skills u00b7 Ability to work in Microsoft Office is required u00b7 Ability to regularly lift up to 55 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height is required u00b7 Ability to handle frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting Perks and Benefits: We offer a wide variety of rewards to support your health, wealth, and mental well-being.
