Community Programs Leader u2013 $18.69/hour Schedule: Mondayu2013Thursday, 10:00 AMu20137:00 PM; Friday, 9:00 AMu20136:00 PM; occasional Saturdays The Community Programs Leader organizes and leads participants in a variety of cultural, recreational, and leisure activities. This role is responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and structured environment for individuals of all ages, including children, adults, and seniors. The ideal candidate enjoys working with children, adults, and seniors and is passionate about creating a safe and welcoming environment for recreational activities. Key Responsibilities + Plan, develop, and lead recreational and cultural programs (sports, arts, crafts, games, and computer-based activities). Coordinate and manage daily activity schedules + Supervise participants and ensure a safe, inclusive environment. Enforce rules and resolve conflicts among participants + Maintain attendance records and activity documentation. Provide basic first aid for minor injuries. + Distribute, collect, and manage equipment and supplies + Assist with transporting participants as needed.
