Pool Server/Attendant - (Scottsdale, AZ) Pay: $17-$20/hour We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and reliable Pool Server / Pool Attendant to join our team in Scottsdale, Arizona. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, providing exceptional guest service, and creating a fun, relaxing poolside experience. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and welcoming pool area while delivering prompt and courteous service to guests. Key Responsibilities Greet guests and provide excellent customer service at the pool Take food and beverage orders and serve items promptly and accurately Maintain cleanliness of pool deck, furniture, and surrounding areas Set up and break down poolside areas (towels, umbrellas, seating, cabanas, etc.) Monitor pool area for safety concerns and report issues as needed Enforce pool rules in a polite and professional manner Stock towels, sunscreen, water, and pool amenities Work collaboratively with lifeguards, bartenders, and management staff Requirements Must be comfortable working outdoors in heat, sun, and varying weather conditions Attendance is critical — reliable, punctual team members are essential to this role Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods Strong customer service skills and a positive, guest-focused attitude Previous food & beverage or hospitality experience preferred, but not required Certifications (Preferred but Not Required) Food Handler’s Card TIPS or Alcohol Service Certification CPR/First Aid Certification
