Description u2022 Facilitate and maintain validation project documentation, including siteu2019s Validation Master Plan. u2022 Serve as the Database administrator for Infinity QS (Statistical Process Control) software. u2022 Provide statistical analysis support for manufacturing, new product development (NPD), trials, and validation activities. u2022 Develop SOPu2019s relating to validation and risk management. u2022 Monitor and prepare Key Performance Indicators (KPIu2019s) for major customers. u2022 Conduct quality/engineering studies to support manufacturing operations. u2022 Facilitate Corrective Action / Preventative Action (CAPA) activities to identify and resolve root cause issues through sound investigation and effective problem-solving techniques to solve problems within the manufacturing plant. u2022 Facilitate and train associates on quality topics required for their position (SPC / CAPA). Skills Validation, Validation protocols, Quality engineering, Pq, Oq, Iq, Apqp, Process validation, Validation testing, Root cause analysis Additional Skills & Qualifications o Write Protocol. o Execute Installation, Operation and Performance Qualification. o Write final report for each qualification. o Attend formal training on related software and/or equipment. o Work closely with customer in development of validation requirements and protocols. Maintain validation protocol o Developing project databases to support Quality inline checks and manufacturing. o Add associates to the database and assign login and passwords. o Add process(s) and part(s) as necessary to support manufacturing. o Update specifications to critical quality measures supporting our customer requirements. o Troubleshoot application errors, assign root cause, determine solution and implement solution. o Maintain input testing equipment for critical quality measurements. o Provide Training on Statistical Process Control o Facilitate KT sessions for CAPA Projects. o Execute the Effectiveness Check. o Provide Training on the CAPA process Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Morristown, TN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $120000.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
