Job Title

We are seeking a detail-oriented Test Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience reading electrical and mechanical schematics, using a variety of measuring tools, and be flexible to work overtime. We have all three shifts available for hire. Key Responsibilities: + Read and interpret electrical, electronic, and mechanical schematics and blueprints. + Set up and conduct various performance and quality tests on products and systems. + Use precision measuring tools (such as multimeters, calipers, micrometers, oscilloscopes, etc.) for testing and troubleshooting. + Record data and results accurately and maintain detailed documentation. + Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve product issues. + Ensure all safety and quality standards are followed. + Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area. Requirements: + High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred. + Proven experience with reading schematics and using measuring instruments. + Familiarity with testing procedures and protocols. + Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Willingness and ability to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift as required. + Good communication and organizational skills.
