You will: + Provide hands-on personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting) + Support safe mobility and transfers using proper equipment and techniques + Monitor and report changes in condition to the RN or clinical leader + Assist with vital signs (temperature, pulse, respirations, blood pressure) + Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment + Encourage independence and dignity in every interaction + Build meaningful connections with patients and families Youu2019ll work under the guidance of a Registered Nurse while playing a critical role in the patientu2019s overall care journey. _-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------_ What Youu2019ll Need + Active CNA or Home Health Aide certification (state-specific) + High school diploma or equivalent + Completion of a state-approved training and competency program + At least 1 year of experience in home health, hospital, or skilled nursing (preferred) + Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach + Reliable transportation for patient visits + Sit, stand, bend, lift and move intermittently and be able to lift 50-100 lbs. _-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------_ Why Elara Caring?
