JOB DESCRIPTION The Customer Service Rep - Tech Products (Seasonal, Remote) works from home and interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet. This position primarily receives inbound calls from customers requesting assistance with their accounts/purchases on their devices. Calls range from assisting with account information or billing questions, educating customers on purchasing information, or processing refunds. (Military veterans are encouraged to apply.) WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE As a Customer Service Rep - Tech Products (Seasonal) working from home, you will: + Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide + Help customers complete purchases and provide post order support + Persuade customers to purchase additional products and/or services + Use product knowledge, build client relationships, and find new ways to retain customers + Track, document, and retrieve information in databases + Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services, such as: smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables; Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology is preferred + Offer additional products and/or services + Deliver expert customer experiencesu2026with a smile. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction.
