(Comscore, Total Visits, March 2025) Day to Day The Director, Performance Marketing drives the strategy, execution, and optimization of global performance marketing programs to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. This role oversees the development of scalable, data-driven marketing systems across channels, combining audience strategy, experimentation, and automation to improve efficiency and impact. The position works closely with Brand, Product, Sales, and Revenue Operations teams to align marketing efforts with business priorities and ensure measurable outcomes across the full customer lifecycle. Responsibilities + Define and drive the global performance marketing strategy across digital channels, including paid media, lifecycle marketing, and account-based programs + Design and scale audience-centric marketing programs for enterprise, mid-market, and small business segments + Build and optimize end-to-end customer journeys that drive conversion, retention, and long-term value + Establish and improve marketing operations, including workflow design, automation, and lead management processes + Manage vendor and agency strategy, ensuring consistent execution and performance across tools and partners + Implement experimentation frameworks, leveraging AI and automation to improve performance and speed to market + Build and develop a high-performing team while defining KPIs and reporting on marketing impact and effectiveness Skills/Competencies + Requires a minimum of 17 years of related experience; or a minimum of 15 years with a Bacheloru2019s degree; or 12 years and a Masteru2019s degree; or a PhD with 8 years experience. + Experience managing global or multi-regional teams, with a proven track record of building and scaling performance marketing programs across multiple channels and customer segments + Expertise in marketing automation platforms, paid media ecosystems, and audience segmentation strategies + Experience designing and executing experimentation frameworks, including A/B testing and data-driven optimization + Ability to translate business goals into measurable marketing strategies and operational plans + Proven analytical skills, including defining KPIs, measuring performance, and driving insights-based decisions; experience with Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce DataCloud, Tableau, ZoomInfo Marketing, and Atlassian/Jira + Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience developing teams and collaborating across functions At this time, we are not considering candidates for this role who are based in the following location: San Francisco Bay Area, California. Salary Range Transparency Tier 1 - United States of America 158,000 - 238,000 USD per year Tier 2 - United States of America 177,000 - 265,000 USD per year Tier 3 - United States of America 194,000 - 292,000 USD per year Salary Range Disclaimer The salary range for this role reflects the minimum and maximum compensation for the role.
