This role is pivotal in maintaining project logs, processing submittals and RFIs, and supporting the Project Manager, Construction Manager, or Project Engineer.JOB QUALIFICATIONS:•Minimum: High school diploma.•Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or related field.•2-3 years of administrative experience, preferably in construction.•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; SharePoint experience is a plus.•Knowledge of Certified Payroll and basic plan-reading helpful.•Strong verbal and written communication skills.•Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.•Positive, service-oriented attitude.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:•Facilitate incoming/outgoing correspondence.•Answer project-related phone calls.•Set up, maintain, and close out filing systems and document logs (electronic and hard copy).•Coordinate and process submittals and RFIs.•Audit Certified Payroll for compliance.•Take and prepare meeting minutes; generate weekly and monthly reports.•Process monthly payment requests.•Maintain office supplies and assist field staff as needed.LOCATION: Hilo, HISALARY RANGE: $46,813 - $61,800 per year depending on experiencePlease apply directly online at: Opportunity Employer/Vets/Disabled100% Employee Owned
