Perform routine administrative functions such as drafting correspondence, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, or providing information to callers. Greet visitors, complete purchase orders, maintain record keeping to track compliance, management and oversight of office facilities, equipment, and general operational needs. Daily conditions include dirt, dust, noise, odors, fumes, and sudden temperature changes. Advanced writing and grammatical skills. Ability to work independently. Must be able to respond to the public, including dissatisfied employees, customers, and patrons. College degree with additional training preferred. Full time. 80 hours paid vacation per year, 8 paid holidays, 96 hours of sick leave per year accrued per personnel rules. Subject to criminal background check.
