Senior Marketing CoordinatorReid Middleton, Inc. is looking for an organized, collaborativeu00a0Senioru00a0Marketing Coordinatoru00a0to join the marketing team in our Everett office. Imagine yourself leading a proposal one week, and the next helping coach an interview team. Core responsibilities:- Write winning proposals and manage the proposal process, including coordination with internal team members and subconsultants- Coordinate, create, produce, and support branded collateral, both print and digital: award submittals, brochures, presentations, website, and social media content- Lead generation through marketing research- Maintain accurate data in the firm's CRM.Please note, this is NOT a Digital Marketing or Graphics Design-focused position.Working closely with marketing, firm leadership and project teams, the ideal candidate will:- Enjoy collaborating with engineers, project managers, and especially, the marketing team- Be responsive, highly organized, detail oriented, and creative- Possess excellent communication, proofreading, and time management skills, excelling under tight schedules and competing deadlines.Requirements:- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications or equivalent credentials.- 5+ years experience in marketing, business, or business communications.
