Home Health Aide (HHA) / Personal Care Assistant (PCA) - Job Description Job Summary:We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Health Aide (HHA) / Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to provide in-home care to elderly, disabled, or recovering individuals. The ideal candidate will assist with daily living activities and ensure clients remain safe and comfortable in their homes.?️ Duties & ResponsibilitiesAssist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toiletingProvide mobility support, including transfers and walking assistancePrepare meals and assist with feeding based on dietary needsPerform light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, cleaning)Offer companionship and emotional supportMonitor and report changes in client conditionRemind clients to take medicationsAccompany clients to appointments or errands? Skills & QualificationsCompassionate, patient, and dependableStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle physical tasks (lifting, assisting mobility)Time management and attention to detailExperience in home care or caregiving preferred?
