A day in this roleYou start the morning on the production floor, checking in with Engineering, Maintenance, and Process Control leads. A quick review of overnight performance, then a walk-through of extrusion lines to prioritize maintenance, reliability, and process capability. Before lunch, you finalize a CAR submission and align the capital plan with AOP targets. Afternoon brings a cross-functional huddle with Operations and EHS to drive waste reduction, environmental compliance, and safety actions.
