We're growing fast and looking for an experienced recruiter for our Human Resources team to help us build a workforce that will power our future.Position: HR Business Partner (Bilingual)What You'll Do:- Regularly meets with assigned Division(s) to understand staffing needs.- Assists hiring managers with scheduling interviews for qualified candidates.- Conducts reference or background checks on job applicants.- Processes, tracks, and maintains onboarding paperwork for assigned Division.- Consults with Division management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.```{=html}```- Interpret and explain HR policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations.- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees.- Assists the Human Resources Director with employee relations issue and investigations.- Maintain employment records related to events such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using HR management system software and paper filing system.- Participates with special projects and seeks additional responsibilities.What You Bring:- 3+ years of Human Resources experience with employee relations, investigations and onboarding.- Bilingual in English/Spanish is required.- Certification: HR Certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) a plus.- Education: High School Graduate/GED required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.- Able to demonstrate basic computer and keyboard skills to include MS Office Suite.- Acute attention to detail.- Ability to maintain required levels of confidentiality when entrusted with sensitive business, customer, or employee related information.- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.- Able to maintain high levels of productivity, meeting deadlines while maintaining accuracy.- Effective and professional communicator, both written and verbal.- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements.- Ability to analyze HR data and metrics to drive strategic decisions.- Proficiency in HRIS systems and HR analytics tools.
