HSBCu2019s Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB) International Mid Markets (IMM) team is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Relationship Manager to drive growth and deliver exceptional value to US-headquartered corporates with international presence/ambitions and revenues ranging from ~$100MM to over $2BN. Focus will be on industries outside of the tech sector. Your Impact As a Relationship Manager in IMM, youu2019ll be the trusted advisor for a diverse portfolio of non-tech mid-cap corporates across Northern California and the Pacific Northwest. Youu2019ll leverage your sector expertise and product knowledge to deliver innovative solutions, build enduring partnerships, and champion HSBCu2019s commitment to being the Leading International Bank. Key Responsibilities + Expand existing client partnerships and secure new, long-term relationships aligned with HSBCu2019s international strategy. + Serve as a consultative partner, providing insights and guidance to help clients navigate complex global markets. + Leverage your existing network to proactively identify and engage high-value prospects within your target market. + Collaborate with product specialists and international RMs in Global Network Banking across 60 countries to deliver tailored solutions, increasing HSBCu2019s share of client global wallet. + Own the client experience, delivering best-in-class service and inspiring junior colleagues to uphold high standards. + Proactively manage credit, operational, regulatory, and other risks to safeguard client and bank interests. + Ensure full adherence to internal and external regulations governing the business. Youu00b4ll likely have the following qualifications to succeed in this role: + Bacheloru2019s degree + Proven ability to match client needs with a wide range of solutions, including Treasury & Cash Management, Trade Finance, Foreign Exchange, and debt/financing products + Strong commercial acumen and awareness of economic, cultural, and regulatory trends + Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills + Demonstrated expertise in commercial lending and risk assessment + FINRA: SIE, Series 63 and 79 licenses + A client-centric mindset, positive attitude, and drive to deliver results As an HSBC employee, you will have access to tailored professional development opportunities to ensure you have the right skills for today and tomorrow.
