Position Summary This position serves as a subject matter expert for daily operational and Medicare-related activities in the East Central (IN, KY, MI, OH) Market, supporting both the Lead Director, Medicare Operations and the overall Market. Responsibilities include assisting with every stage of the Medicare bid cycle and plan development - from initial strategy and ideation, to bid submission, to implementation and final readiness. Other responsibilities include competitive analysis, reporting, regulatory and operational support. This position collaborates with Market, National, and shared services teams to deliver excellent member experiences and achieve organizational goals.
