Shift: 8:00am to 5:00pm (Monday thru Friday) Starting pay: $22hrly Responsibilities Coordinate the routing of import bookings. Both air and ocean Coordinate with shippers, truckers, steamship lines, Airlines and overseas offices for the export of shipments. Timely preparation of rates and quotes for customers and overseas agents Communication of arrival notification. Pre-Alerts Prepare all necessary shipping documentation related to customs clearance Arrange delivery. Qualifications 2 years of logistics and Freight forwarding preferred Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust Excellent organizational and time management skills Comfortable making decisions independently Proficient in Microsoft Office Deep understanding of U.S customs laws and import/export regulations.
