In this role you will provide expert program and project management support, executive-level facilities and operations planning, and strategic advisory services to Government leadership in support of a large campus development and operations mission.What You’ll Be DoingProvide expertise and advice to plan, manage, and execute complex programs and projects supporting campus development, facilities, and operationsEvaluate program and project performance across the organization and provide comprehensive recommendations, insight into execution risks, and corrective actions to Government leadershipDraft, review, and, after Government approval, publish program and project reports required by statutes, regulations, and agency policySupport and participate in program management and business management reviews, providing executive-level feedback and recommendations to the GovernmentDevelop, review, and revise management and governance policies, instructions, standards, and best practices related to facilities, program management, and operationsDevelop and plan tailored contract oversight and scope verification activities in alignment with applicable program and financial management policies and plansParticipate in planning activities with Mission Partners and development contractor-sponsored Integrated Product Teams and working groups, including development and coordination of Project/Program Plans and approval documentationProvide executive-level facilities planning, design, construction management, operations, and strategic planning expertise to support full life-cycle, cradle‑to‑grave facilities operations and mission assuranceWhat Required Skills You’ll BringDemonstrated experience providing strategic-level program or project management advice and recommendations to senior Government or executive leadership in a team environmentDemonstrated experience evaluating program performance, assessing execution risks, and developing data-driven recommendations and corrective actions to support senior decision makersDemonstrated experience presenting complex information clearly and effectively in both oral and written form to diverse audiences, including executive-level stakeholdersDemonstrated experience with PC platforms and standard business applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools such as SharePoint-based sites or MS TeamsDemonstrated experience in facilities-related planning, operations, or project/program management for large, complex organizations or campusesWhat Desired Skills You’ll BringExperience supporting Government, intelligence, or defense-related facilities, infrastructure, or campus development programsExperience developing and coordinating strategic facilities operations plans, business plans, advocacy briefings, and schedules in accordance with agency or enterprise policyExperience leading or supporting Integrated Product Teams and cross-organizational working groups involving Government, contractors, and mission partnersExperience developing and implementing acquisition strategies, managerial guidance, and technical direction to resolve complex facilities or programmatic challengesExperience researching and developing courses of action, assessing risks and opportunities, and estimating resource requirements for large, complex facilities or program portfoliosSecurity Clearance Requirement:An active Top Secret SCI w/Polygraph security clearance is required for this position.​This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.The Federal Solutions segment delivers resources to our US government customers that ensure the success of missions around the globe.
