As a Silicone Compounder Operator, you will be part of the production support team, ensuring the smooth operation of machinery and maintaining high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, safety consciousness, and a proactive approach to work, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Silicone Compounder Operator Location: Poestenkill, NY Pay Range: $20/hour Shift: Evenings (1:30pm-10pm) M-F What's the Job? + Operate production machinery safely and efficiently to produce quality silicone products. + Support assembly machines, slicing equipment, or packaging processes after training. + Maintain close attention to detail to ensure products meet specifications and customer requirements. + Adhere to all safety protocols and promote a safe working environment. + Assist in troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues to minimize downtime. What's Needed? + Relevant credentials such as 100005, 100042, or 100000. + Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures. + Strong attention to detail and quality standards. + Good communication and teamwork skills. + Willingness to work evening shifts Monday through Friday.
