JOB DESCRIPTIONThis position participates in daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting for both Gaming and Non‑Gaming revenue departments throughout the resort. The role supports Cage, Slots, Table Games, Hotel, Food & Beverage, Entertainment, and other operational areas. JOB FOCUSRegulatory Compliance & Audit- Performs all functions in accordance with Nevada Gaming Control Board, federal, state, and other applicable laws and regulations, as well as SAHARA Las Vegas policies and procedures.- Assists in the audit of Gaming departments (Cage, Slots, Table Games, other gaming areas).- Assists in the audit of Non‑Gaming departments (Hotel, F&B, Entertainment, and other non‑gaming revenue centers).- Investigates and reports discrepancies identified during the audit process.- Prepares information and reports to ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulations. Accounting & Reporting- Participates in daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close tasks for all resort revenue departments.- Assists in preparing daily and monthly resort statistics and revenue summaries.- Maintains accurate records and files for all work performed by the team.- Anticipates process gaps, changes, or opportunities to improve systems and procedures.Teamwork & Professionalism- Contributes to a team‑oriented environment and supports related tasks as required.- Attends and satisfactorily completes all required training.- Performs other duties as assigned. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS- Prior experience in Casino Audit, Hotel/Non‑Gaming Audit, AML Audit, or hospitality accounting strongly preferred.- Demonstrated ability to perform analytical reviews and interpret meaningful data relationships.- Experience with Infinium or similar accounting systems preferred.- Experience with LMS (Casino & Slot Management System), InfoGenesis (POS), and Casino Cash Trac is a plus.- Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).- Excellent communication skills, customer service orientation, teamwork, and professionalism.- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills; able to remain composed under pressure.
