Perform annual and interim CAM/NNN reconciliations: read lease clauses (caps, gross ups), tie out GL actuals, prepare true ups, and document workpapers and SOP adherence. Track expirations/renewal options, ensure notices, payments, and landlord invoices align with lease terms, flag discrepancies and support dispute resolution. Produce site/portfolio dashboards and other ad hoc analyses (e.g., location data, occupancy cost trends, tax/CAM rate drivers, market data) for leadership. (Benchmark: analyst reporting cadence in CBRE/JLL roles.). Support rollouts and facilities projects for lease language compliance (e.g., landlord notices/alterations) and assist with FF&E procurement. Assist in building presentations and decision memos for approvals within DOA. Ensure adherence to DOA and internal controls, support audit requests and continuous improvement of lease admin SOPs.
