Career Planner must provide comprehensive and case management to adult job seekers in order to encourage, equip and empower them in completing their academic and employment goals. Strong relationship building skills, solid ability to empathize and communicate with customers. Develop and manage comprehensive working relationship with all stakeholders including customers, governmental agencies, employment partners and service providers. Provide guidance, career counseling and referrals to adults 18 or older. Establish and monitor various trainings and work readiness services. Provide follow up services to exited participants. All other duties as assigned.
