This is a key role in our service department, acting as a bridge between our customers and technicians to ensure a smooth, efficient, and high quality service experience. **What you will do** - Greet customers promptly and professionally, creating a positive first impression - Listen to the customers concerns and accurately document service needs - Provide Clear explanations of recommended services and repairs - Prepare estimates, obtain approvals and manage repair orders - Communicate updates throughout the service process - Coordinate with the technicians to ensure timely and accurate work completion - Deliver completed vehicles and review services performed with customers - Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat business **What we are looking for.** - Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in automotive customer service preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-pasted - Computer proficiency and experience with dealership management systems a plus - Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
